giveaway ~ do it yourself magazine...

august is suddenly upon me...  june flew by in the frenzy of packing/moving, followed by two weeks of travels north, through kentucky and michigan.  now back to the reality of finding a new house (staying with my wonderful sis in the meantime) and beginning to design and stitch for the autumn/winter season.

so, as i return to blogging this month, i thought i would offer a bit of a giveaway... my work is currently featured in the "best of etsy" section of the fall issue of better homes and gardens 'do it yourself' magazine, and they were nice enough to send some complimentary copies for you wonderful and supportive readers!

i will be giving away a copy of the magazine, along with a little surprise handmade bonus gift, to two readers (cary will be giving away two additional copies this week as well, over on her blog)...

* to enter, simply leave a comment (earn an extra entry for facebooking and/or tweeting the giveaway as well. just leave a separate comment for each entry)... and if you have any autumn do-it -yourself projects planned or in the works, i would love to hear about them!   the giveaway is open to everyone, and goes through next friday, the 12th

happy sunday

Wow what an honor! Congratulations to you. I have a lot of projects for fall that includes a few of my favorite things- wool felt and fabric. I'm making some crafy goodies for a charity auction to benefit kids in my local area who don't have access to certain resources (like reading programs and after school tutoring). Off to facebook you!
